This happened to me twice with two different houses. I think if you happen to logout in your house, when you log back in the first time or maybe all the times in it, you get spawned at the first house made with that interior. The first time I got spawned to some apartments in the Rich neighbor hood in the north part of the map, and the second time I got spawned to some random house in the same area.
