Fish Amount Issue

When I try to sell fish it wont let me most of the time because it says I do not have enough. I do /stats to doublecheck but it confirms i do have that amount to sell. I got it down to only having one fish. It wont let me sell that 1 fish. I think there is an error on the set default for the fish. It may be set at 1 instead of zero.

You're not supposed to go down 1 lbs.

What hes saying:

If i have 5,000 lbs of fish, it says you don't have that amount to sell.
But you can only sell 4,999 and are left with 1 lb, and you cant sell that, so it kinda goes back to how it was before with you having 1 fish but not really having it.

I set it so you sell 1000 lbs a time and get $1250 for it. It'll sell 1000 automatically so if you have excess, better get it to 1000.
