Job Cooldown

Since you can basically hop from job to job, a few people have suggested to have a cooldown and I have to agree with that. Vote on the poll on which you want or reply below if you want to give specifics.

In short, how long do you think someone should wait to get a new job?

2-4 or 5 hours cause this is supposed to be realistic and its kinda hard to find a job these days, so it should be longer, so its like you have to look for one.
