Vehicles in Las Venturas

I've been thing about this for a while, what it was is there a point to have LVT and some other business because while there are cars lying around open in LV then people will just take them effectively putting LVT as well as Mechanics and vehicle dealership out of Business. This server is an RP of life, in life you cant just go to a car park and take any car you want, so my proposal is:

[] Keys are required to open cars and start them

[] Still have cars around that are locked / unlocked so we can still have GTA

[] Also with this in place it would massively increase economy within LVRP allowing business like LVT, Mechanics and the main Vehicle dealership to make money as new players will require LVT to get around until they can afford a car, if they buy a car the dealership benefits and mechanics benefit because if the player crashes they cant just hop out and grab a new vehicle, they would have to have it repaired/towed ( if your able to do this soon)

I can fully agree with what's been posted here as its all relevant, I think that these are good ideas which would improve the role play big time.

Lock system.

Leave the cars with locks based on how exotic or rare they are, older cars will have locks that are less prone to being broken.

I'll actually remove their functionality (they will be locked and fuel 0 always) but keep them there just for props.

Why not lessen the amount of vehicles, and just have a couple of locked ones lying around.

Almost all cars in LV have now been either locked or set to give a message along the lines of "You must own this car to drive it." The ones which are lying around just create a more life-like setting.
