The Surenos started in 1969 and has been running ever sense.There a latino gang that is volient.Mexican.Proud. the run the gun cartels and the most feared gang mexican gang ever seen. The Surenos wear blue and white and hang around El Carona but of the years hit LAS VENTURAS.They have been terririzing anyone the are soon to get San Ferrio.But they like LAS VENTURAS RP better they have a strong goverment holding up the gang it starts with ...........

Its still not looking good enough in my eyes, I'd advise more effort in the background history and put a little more planning into it overall. Then I'm sure D' would be happy to accept it...
