You will get 1 wanted level
mean need to pay Ticket at PD ( /pt ) Each Ticket Cost $500

need pay the ticket in 1 hour or Increase to $1000

if didnt pay the ticket in 2 hour you will get 2 wanted level / spotlight player( erm that time dailyll try on me )

I don't really understand your suggestion so I cant really reply to it in full although I will say that speeding is a ticket offense to which we would then pull you over, if you don't wish to be pulled over and evade then you would become wanted for fleeing.

I think hes saying like Speed cameras sort of thing.
i don't approve, i prefer Roleplaying with people instead of someone just driving up and down really fast trying to provoke the PD in attempt to show off.

If people are blatantly trying to provoke PD members it will be reported to the admins as its non-role-play, in real life you don't see the general public trying to get a reaction from the PD.
